Do I need an appointment?

We do not accept appointments for prom dress shopping but instead help customers on a first come, first serve basis! Please note our busiest times are Saturdays and Sundays 11:00-1:00 and there may be a short wait for fitting rooms at those peak times.

When is the best time to start shopping for my prom dress?

Accepted Answer

The earlier, the better! You will have the most options available the earlier you shop. If we have a sample in store that you love but were hoping for a particular color or needed a different size, we can check availability and order you a new dress. Our typical prom season runs from December to March, but our new collection starts arriving as early as November!

Do you register gowns that are purchased?

We do register each dress that is purchased, however, The Wedding Tree cannot be held responsible for the selling of any multiple or duplicate dress in any size or color.

What sizes and designers do you carry?

Featuring designs from Sherri Hill, Ellie Wilde, Jovani, Alyce, Mori Lee, and many others, you're sure to find the perfect prom dress! Size inclusion is also incredibly important to us and we do our very best to have a wide range of styles in all sizes. Our collection ranges from sizes 000-28!

Do you have prom seamstresses at The Wedding Tree?

Accepted Answer

No, we no longer offer prom alterations. However, we do have a list of local seamstresses under the 'Alterations' section of our website!

Question 6

Do you rent dresses or take gowns on consignement?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not rent dresses or buy dresses on consignment. All of our gowns come new, directly from the designer.

Question 7

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges and merchandise is sold “as is.”

In the event of a subsequent cancellation, we will not refund for any payments already made and the customer is still responsible for any remaining balance. Merchandise may not remain in the store past the original wear date without incurring service charges.
