Being a plus sized bride i had heard that Wedding Tree was going to have a larger selection for sizes and price points. I went to try on dresses and was going to order one from elsewhere but needed to see what the style I liked looked like on me. I walked out with my wedding dress. The staff was accommodating, professional, helpful, and attentive. They listened when I explained what I liked vs what was an absolute no. They made me feel beautiful and seen.

I called and Josie booked my appt within a few days, she was super friendly and very helpful. Love the fact she didn't stand there to watch me change from dress to dress, I was super comfortable!!! She showed me many different racks of dresses they had, and still let me choose the ones I wanted to try on. After 4 dresses, I choose the 2nd one I found, it was a perfect fit!! I would recommend anyone looking for a dress to call here!! Wonderful staff.

My husband and his groomsmen used the wedding tree for their suits and were highly impressed with the service. They were able to obtain out of town measurements easily, all the suits were nice and one of the groomsman jackets didn’t fit they had one that fit by the next morning in the store. Really fabulous customer service, would recommend first to anyone looking for suit rentals for any purpose!

My daughter and I went in to look for a prom dress. We were helped by Amy. She was fantastic!! She was attentive and fun and really made it an enjoyable experience. She even helped find the dress - one my daughter hadn’t picked to try on - and that is the one my daughter chose! Amy is a gem, I would recommend her and this shop to anyone! Thank you Amy!!

My daughter visited for a prom dress shopping day. Customer service was top notch. The sales associate listened to all my daughters wants, needs, concerns and did not try to sell her something she wasn't comfortable in. She ended up ordering a beautiful dress and she is so happy. Keep up the great customer service!
