For weddings, we recommend selecting styles 6 months before the big day, so that your group has plenty of time to submit their measurements. The Wedding Tree prefers to have all measurements in at submitted at least 3 months before the wedding date. We ABSOLUTELY can and have provided rentals in far less time than this, but for the most stress-free formal wear experience, we recommend the timeline mentioned above!

For proms, we recommend selecting styles 4-6 weeks in advance. We can provide rentals within a shorter timeframe, but the sooner we can order a rental during prom season, the better!

Pricing varies depending on the style and fit you select, but we have FULL rental packages (including coat, pants, shirt, vest/suspenders, tie, shoes, and cufflinks) starting at just $160. Just looking to rent a few items? No problem! We have separate pricing for single items.

Yes, we have an extensive selection of suits and tuxedos available to purchase. We have everything from the classics (navy, grey, and black) to more alternative options (tan, sage, and paisley). To complete your look, we do offer multiple accessories, including but not limited to shirts, ties and shoes!

Absolutely! There are Jim's Formalwear retailers all across the country. To locate a JFW retailer near you to get your measurements, please visit: https://www.jimsformalwear.com/stores. While most bridal shops can take your measurements, we do prefer using a JFW retailer location.

With wedding party members getting measurements at locations other than at The Wedding Tree, you will find a online forum for submitting measurements below. Payment over the phone can be made at any time during regular store hours.

If the wedding is in town, they can try on their rental in store and pick everything on the Wednesday or Thursday before the event. We also have a tux direct delivery option for an additional fee of $15. The rental will be delivered 4-7 days before the wedding to save time and stress. It is important that the rental be tried on within 48 hours of it's delivery. If there is a fit issue or concern, please notify us immediately for replacement options.

Rentals are guaranteed to arrive at The Wedding Tree the week of the event (Friday events will be notified Tuesday / Saturday events will be notified Wednesday or Thursday). Fittings at pick up are a requirement on all rentals to ensure proper quality and fit.

Rental tuxedos and suits are designed to fit a range of sizes and will NOT fit like a custom tailored suit. All FULL rental packages include the cost of one replacement item per person. If you request additional replacements, there is a $10 charge per item.

If, for whatever reason, the rental cannot be tried on, The Wedding Tree cannot be held responsible for ill-fitting garments and NO REFUNDS will be issued.

All items need to be returned to The Wedding Tree no later than 4pm Sunday or Monday following the event or risk paying the following late fees:

Tuesday - $25

Wednesday - $50

Thursday - $75

Friday - $100

Any later than Friday - Complete rental cost

Rentals do not need to be returned by each individual renter. One person can return for an entire wedding party if that’s what works best for your event.
