We recommend shopping for your bridal look 10-12 months before the big day. This will allow for the most dress options. Gowns typically take between 6-8 months to come in. Allow 1-2 for alterations. If you have a shorter wedding planning timeline, The Wedding Tree also offers off-the-rack sample gowns! Find a gown that fits you and your style and leave with it the same day.

Our team would love to book an appointment for you and your guests! We will always prefer an appointment when shopping for bridal gowns. While we try our very best to accommodate walk-ins, we tend to book up on weekends. Be sure to check out our different appointment options and find the best fit for you!

Confidence is the best accessory to bring when shopping for your dress. Feel free to bring shapewear, a strapless bra, or any other undergarnment you may want to wear. You may also bring shoes or any other accessories you want to see with your bridal look. We do not allow outside food or beverages, but have options available for purchase. Be sure to check out our different appointment options and find the best fit for you!

Our store carries a wide range of price points to accommodate many budgets. The national average for a bridal gown is about $1,800. Most of our dresses fall within the $1,000-$3,200 range but we do have styles below that price point. If your budget is under $600, we have hundreds of orderable special occasion dresses as well.

For a bridal gown, we recommend booking your appointment 3-4 months prior to your wedding. Seamstresses get very busy during wedding season (summer / fall). Even if your dress is not in yet, we recommend calling well in advance to get your appointment(s) in the books. Remember, alterations are almost always necessary so it is better to have an appointment and cancel later than to wait to schedule and not get in.

Size inclusion is incredibly important to us! Our in-store samples range from sizes 4-30, but most can be ordered in sizes 0-34.
