Online Account Access
Customers of The Wedding Tree have special access to an online account automatically provided with every purchase. Your web-key is a 10 character code printed on your receipt which will provide access to print your receipt, check order status, and wedding party information for brides and grooms.
Your web-key is printed on your receipt, but if you have lost your receipt please email customerservice@theweddingtree.com with your full name & cell phone number requesting it to be sent, or call 6087846850 during normal business hours.
