Regarding the COVID-19 Guidelines [updated 5/11/2020]

To our valued customers and community members,

 

Thank you as always for your continued trust and understanding as we navigate the latest recommendations and guidelines delivered to our communities by local, state, and federal governments and health officials. The health and safety of our staff, customers, and community is of utmost importance at this time.

 

We are SO EXCITED to be able to welcome our brides and customers back into our store! Effective Wednesday, May 13, 2020 we will be open by APPOINTMENT ONLY during all regular store hours. We cannot wait to get back to what we do best.

In order to control the number of guests in our store and to maintain social distancing practices while continuing to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and customers, we are implementing the following guidelines:

We will continue to hold office hours from 10am to 2pm on Monday through Friday, now expanded to include Saturday from 9am to 12pm, to take phone calls, payments, and facilitate curbside pickups. Outside of those office hours, you may request an appointment to do any of those things as long as we are given at least 24hr notice. Every effort will be made to accommodate appointments when requested. Please understand that we may need to ask for time adjustments as necessary to avoid overcrowding.

We will be available for in-store shopping, measurements, and more during normal store hours [M-F 10-7, Sa 9-5, Su 11-4] by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled first-come-first-serve and we must have at least 24hr notice to guarantee your requested time. All trips into the store will require an appointment.

We will have a limited number of appointments available at a time based on the number of guests in each appointment. Appointments are taken first-come-first-serve so please include a backup time in case your first choice is unavailable.

Children under 12 are not allowed at this time, unless they specifically need to be fitted for a flowergirl dress or suit. We love children, however they tend to want to move about the store and mix with other shoppers. For their health and safety, please make other arrangements for your kids, for now.

We ask that you limit your group to just ONE additional guest, but please feel free to bring devices to allow for virtual guests!

We will ask that you arrive on time and remain in your vehicle. You should text our number to check in for your appointment and we will reply when you are able to come to the door to be let in.

When possible, we will ask that a member of the same household as the shopper be the one helping a shopper in and out of dresses. This will help our stylists to maintain social distance. A stylist will be a part of every appointment to answer questions, offer suggestions and move merchandise as needed.

As per state and local guidelines, face coverings are encouraged and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the store.

High touch surfaces and dressing rooms will be cleaned between customers/appointments.

Extensive cleaning and disinfecting of the entire store will be done nightly.

If I need to call in a payment, speak with customer service, or facilitate a same day curbside pickup, when should I call?:

You should call or text [608-784-6850] during our scheduled office hours. Those hours are 10am to 2pm on Monday through Friday or 9am to 5pm on Saturday.

If I am unable to pick up my items within your scheduled office hours, what do I do?:

You should schedule an appointment via text [608-784-6850] or email [customerservice@theweddingtree.com], appointments will be available during all normal store hours [M-F 10-7, Sa 9-5, Su 11-4], however they will be limited and scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis, so please give yourself at least 24hr for us to confirm your requested appointment time or schedule you for a different time that is available.

If I would like to shop for my bridal gown, bridesmaid dress, menswear, etc., or get measured for a wedding I am in, what should I do?:
