*Come to the Store!! Our trained formal wear consultants know all of the right measurements to take to make sure that you look great on the big day! We will even provide complimentary measurements for those out of town weddings because we KNOW that you’ll come to us for your in-town formal wear needs.
**Please do not measure yourself or have measurements taken by a friend. Professional RENTAL measurements will result in a tuxedo that fits well. Even seamstress measurements taken by those without experience in rental measurements will result in a poor fit and may leave you responsible for additional shipping/service charges to correct fit issues.**

1. Click HERE for a printable measurement card! You can take this to any professional menswear rental or bridal shop to be measured. This will make it easier and faster for you to give us the correct measurements to ensure the best fit!!
2. Get measured by a RENTAL professional. **DO NOT MEASURE YOURSELF**
3. Send in your measurements.
A. Call our store to give us your measurements and a non-refundable $25 down payment. (608) 784-6850
B. Fax your measurements to (608) 784-6980 then mail a check to The Wedding Tree. Please include a note with the wedding date, the bride and groom’s full names, and the name of the person wearing the tuxedo.
C. Submit your measurements via the contact form below and call in your payment with a credit card or mail your check.

The Wedding Tree requires a $25 non-refundable down payment to secure each rental. Please mail or call-in your $25 deposit which will be applied to the cost of your tuxedo rental. We will not be able to order your tuxedo until this deposit is paid.

You may choose to mail a check payable to the Wedding Tree to 418 Main St. La Crosse, WI 54601, or call in a credit card number over the phone at (608) 784-6850.

Whether you choose to mail a check or phone in a card number, please do so as soon as possible so your tuxedo can be ordered and reserved for you.

CONTRACT (Please Read)

I understand the down payment is non-refundable or transferable. Rental down payment is required and will not be refunded for any reason, including cancellation. Order must to be canceled more than 2 weeks before wear date or full tuxedo rental price will be charged. I understand on any purchase item there are absolutely no refunds or returns. FINAL FITTINGS ARE REQUIRED on all rentals to ensure quality and fit. I understand that by taking the tuxedo WITHOUT a final fitting, I am assuming the risk of a problem and no refunds will be issued for any reason. If I WAS MEASURED ELSEWHERE AND NEED AN EXCHANGE, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE $30 SHIPPING/REPLACEMENT CHARGE. I agree to return all rented items no later than the following Monday 3:00 pm or risk paying the following late fees: Tuesday - $25, Wednesday - $50, Thursday or later - Complete Rental. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason. Cooperation is imperative, this tuxedo may already be rented for next weekend. If I fail to return all garments or if I return them in unrepairable condition, I agree to pay replacement costs. If balance remains unpaid, there will be a $25 SERVICE CHARGE assessed to the account per month. If I pay this invoice by check and my check is returned it will be re-presented electronically and the account will be debited for the amount of the check plus the state allowed fee. Purchaser represents they are of legal age or if not legal age, permission of parents or guardians to place the order, make the payment or charge a credit card has been given. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Bride and Groom are responsible for all outstanding charges for the entire wedding party if we are unable to collect from the individual. This includes late charges, missing items, or damaged merchandise. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
